Clistr Studio

Data Deletion Instructions

Use these steps to disconnect social accounts or request deletion of data associated with your Clistr Studio account.

Last updated: 27 September 2026

Disconnect a social account

Sign in to Clistr Studio, open the Connections area, locate the connected Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube account, and choose Disconnect. This stops future authenticated access and removes the active connection from your Clistr Studio account.

YouTube and Google data

To disconnect YouTube inside Clistr Studio, open Connections → YouTube → Manage and choose Disconnect. Clistr Studio attempts to revoke the Google OAuth token and deletes the connected YouTube account record, imported YouTube video records, YouTube Analytics records, stored publishing identifiers and other locally stored authorised YouTube data associated with that connection.

You can also revoke Clistr Studio directly from your Google Account permissions or Google's third-party access security settings. If authorization is revoked or becomes definitively invalid outside Clistr Studio, authenticated collection stops and Clistr Studio automatically deletes the locally stored authorised YouTube data for that connection when the revocation is detected, as soon as practicable and no later than seven calendar days after revocation.

Disconnecting Clistr Studio does not delete videos, scheduled videos or other content that is already hosted in your YouTube account. Manage or delete YouTube-hosted content directly through YouTube if you want it removed from YouTube.

Passkeys

You can remove a registered passkey from Security & sign-in. Clistr Studio stores the public credential used to verify the passkey; the passkey private key remains with your device or passkey provider and is not stored by Clistr Studio.

Delete your Clistr Studio account

If you can sign in, open Security & sign-in → Account deletion. Clistr Studio lets you permanently delete the account yourself after an explicit irreversible-loss warning and confirmation step.

Deleting the account removes the creator profile, projects, stored Clistr Studio media, analytics history, connected-account records, passkeys, usage credits and account access. Any active Clistr Studio subscription is canceled before deletion. Content already published to third-party social platforms is not deleted from those platforms.

If you cannot access the account, email creatorsdna.support@gmail.com from the email address associated with the account where possible so account ownership can be verified and deletion assistance can be provided.

Limited records held by payment processors or otherwise required for accounting, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance or dispute resolution may be retained where applicable law requires or permits it.

Facebook and Instagram data

You can also remove Clistr Studio's access from your Facebook or Instagram account settings. Removing the app at Meta stops future access through that authorisation. If you also want previously stored Clistr Studio data deleted, follow the deletion-request process above.

What deletion covers

Self-service account deletion covers profile information, creator preferences, connected-account records, stored platform tokens, generated project data, Clistr Studio media, analytics records, passkey public credentials and other account-linked Clistr Studio data, subject to applicable legal and platform-specific retention requirements.

Timing

Self-service deletion begins immediately after confirmation. If a media job is actively running, Clistr Studio asks you to wait for that job to finish before deletion can proceed safely. Authorised YouTube API data associated with a revoked connection is deleted as soon as practicable and no later than seven calendar days after revocation.
