1. Using Clistr Studio
You may use Clistr Studio only if you can lawfully enter into these terms and meet the minimum age and account requirements of any connected social platform. You are responsible for the activity performed through your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
Clistr Studio account authentication is separate from optional social-platform connections. Current supported sign-in methods include Google and registered passkeys. Using Google to sign in does not automatically grant Clistr Studio access to YouTube or to any other Google service; YouTube access is requested separately only when you choose to connect YouTube.
2. Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in content you upload or connect to Clistr Studio. You grant Clistr Studio the limited rights needed to host, process, analyse, transform, render, store and transmit that content in order to provide the features you request.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for any media, music, images, trademarks, personal information or other material you upload, generate, edit or publish through the service.
3. Connected platforms and YouTube
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other third-party services are separate from Clistr Studio. Their terms, policies, technical limits, review requirements and account restrictions continue to apply. Clistr Studio cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, distribute, monetise or keep any post available.
Connecting Instagram does not automatically authorise Clistr Studio personalisation. Instagram performance history contributes to Clistr Studio recommendations only after the creator explicitly enables the Instagram personalisation control for that account, and the resulting signals are scoped to that creator.
Clistr Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using Clistr Studio features that access or interact with YouTube, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube and Google may separately apply their own Community Guidelines, copyright, privacy, child-directed-content, disclosure and account requirements.
Authorised YouTube API data is used for YouTube account connection, reporting and creator-directed publishing. It is kept separate from personalised learning, proprietary scoring and cross-platform recommendation calculations.
4. AI and recommendations
Clistr Studio may generate ideas, edits, captions, opportunity scores, trend interpretations and other recommendations using automated systems. These outputs are assistive and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for reviewing content before publication and for decisions made from analytics or recommendations.
5. Publishing
When you instruct Clistr Studio to publish or schedule content, you authorise the service to use the permissions granted through the relevant connected account for that purpose. You are responsible for checking the destination account, title, description or caption, visibility, audience designation, disclosure settings and final media before publication.
For YouTube uploads, Clistr Studio presents the connected channel and YouTube publishing controls before upload. The creator remains responsible for confirming that uploaded content complies with YouTube's Terms, Community Guidelines, copyright rules and privacy requirements.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Clistr Studio to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems, distribute malware, misrepresent your authority to publish on another person's behalf, or circumvent platform safety and access controls.
7. Plans and payments
Some features may require a paid plan or usage allowance. Prices, limits and included features are shown at the time of purchase and may change prospectively. Cancellation and billing are subject to the terms displayed during checkout and any applicable consumer rights.
8. Service availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue features where necessary for security, technical, legal, platform-policy or product reasons. Connected-platform APIs may also change without notice and can temporarily affect publishing, analytics or account connections.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Clistr Studio is provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, specific audience growth, revenue, reach, engagement or platform approval. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Termination, revocation and deletion
You may stop using the service, remove registered passkeys and disconnect supported social accounts. Disconnecting YouTube revokes or attempts to revoke Clistr Studio's Google/YouTube authorisation and removes locally stored authorised YouTube data associated with that connection; it does not delete videos or other content hosted in your YouTube account unless you separately choose to remove them through YouTube.
We may restrict or terminate access where necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements or material violations of these terms. Data-deletion options are described in the Data Deletion Instructions.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as Clistr Studio develops. The current version will be published at this URL, with the updated date shown above.
